Since the original and traditional Judaism no longer exists anywhere in the world, it would be hard to get a definitive answer on this today.

The concept of original sin is demonstrated in scripture in several ways, the most important being the ongoing separation from God of Adam and all his descendants, and the power Satan continued to exert over the world, as a result.

The words and deeds of the old testament prophets, and of Jesus Christ also indicate that Christ came to destroy Satan's power, and to redeem mankind.

If original sin had no lasting effect, Christ's life, death, and our redemption would have been totally unnecessary.

Finally, the fact that death is the penalty for sin, and all humans still die, adds further proof to the reality, and to the lasting nature, of original sin.

Nope, it doesn't exist in Judaism! To tell you the truth, this year was the first time I ever heard of Original Sin, and I'm Christian...this whole Original Sin doesn't even make much sense in Christianity!

Sin didn't exist until the christians came along, and Judaism does not recognize sin to be a valid idea.

Salaam

No it does not.The Tanakh(hebrew bible) place emphasis on how everyone is responsible for his/her own actions. It also states that no-one will die for another's sins. The parent is not responsible for the child's sins and visa versa.

Interestingly the book of Revelation(christian new testament) sez that people will be judge according to how they lived their lives.

The orginal sin was thought or rather borrowed from ancient religions. Those religions usually had a "messiah-like" figure who had to die for humanity's sin.Example Attis,Dionysis,Mitra.
