There are sperm banks where you can go for artificial insemination. In other words, you can have your baby without having sex...if that is your wish. I don't know what they charge but there are some in California that I know about (UCLA for one) where you can get sperm with almost any qualities you are looking for. I have no idea what's available in Texas but you might check with any medical schools in the state...and check with med schools in other states. There may be some hefty prices you have to pay for this service...don't really know. Bless you in your quest, and good luck.
