i eat indian food so thats a lot of spicy but now i cut it down a lot. only eat a lil for lunch then little for dinner, is it ok 4 me to do this untill i get back in shape? i am 6,1 so i don't look fat but want to loose some weight. thanks!

You wont last long with this eating plan. Yes you are doing good by watching how much you eat, but you need to eat at least 4-6x a day to give your body fuel to function. And if you are exercising, eating twice a day will not help your body support all the energy you using.

Forget the diet, make sure you are eating at least half a kilo of vegetables a day and drinking at least a litre of water. Exercise regularly, something you enjoy and aren't going to give up. Cut your portion sizes down a little if you think you may be overdoing it. If you reduce your calorie consumption too much you body will go into starvation mode and use muscle instead of fat which will reduce your metobolic rate. When you start to eat normally again your weight will increase more rapidly and as fat is bulkier than muscle you will look fat.

You need to eat breakfast: ex., fruit, whole grain toast, egg. This will get your digestive system going.

Then something every 3 hours or so after that--not huge quantities, but a balanced diet including fruit,veg,protein,dairy,grain.

If you skip meals, your body will just shut down because it will think that it may starve and hold onto the weight that you have.

You need to do moderate exercise, for example 30 minute walk at moderate speed at least 4 days a week.

Then different days I devour a cooked meal. customarily fish and chicken. I purely made some curry chicken for the 1st time. So i'm finding out new recipes. I additionally make smoothies to get my fruit in because of the fact often times it rots in the previous i'm getting to it. yet now I cook dinner what i like and devour while i choose. on the instant i'm going to in all likelihood have rice and black beans.
