i want to get rid of my thunder thighs....any suggestions???

also i have this pooch on my tummy
i don't like it

how do i get rid of that too?

excersize your thighs - get them in shape. Jog, run, do wall squats - whatever will give you exercise in that area of your body. Also for try to strengthen your stomache muscles by doing sit ups or crunches every day...

General cardiovascular exercise will help your body to burn excess fat. Don't give up -- I think that many women tend to lose weight from the top down so the thighs are the last thing to see real improvement but it can happen. It doesn't have to be hard -- 30 minutes of walking 3-5 times a week can have amazing results. You can do it!
