That is for sure Steve Kinser.
King of the Outlaws
One of if not the greatest open wheel dirt track drivers ever.
His family, father, brothers, cousins, and now their kids are all dirt track drivers.
Great Auto to have, for historical purposes.

Steve Kinser. He is not well known to Nascar fans because he didn't last a whole season. However he is an icon in the World of Outlaws sprint car series. He's won twenty World of Outlaw championships. Number eleven is his Sprint car number and Quacker State has been his sponsor forever.

I say Steve Kinser because he had Q-State as a sponsor, but he was # 26 then.....not a big name in nascar though. Don't waste your bucks for nothing.....

howdy, the fee of autographs relies upon a great deal on what accompanies the autograph to examine its genuiness. you're saying they're one hundred% genuine. Your be conscious isn't marketable. A customer needs something self sufficient to count on. in case you have photos of those people signing your e book, those photos attest to the genuiness of the signatures. you could deliver the signatures to an authenticating provider. For a cost they'll render an opionion. in the event that they locate them to be actual, difficulty a certificates of Authenticy (COA). A customer can count on that COA. without such info, the autographs have little fee. Get even though you could for them. Later,

It is Steve Kinser. Her drove several NASCAR races and is a World Of Outlaws champion.
I have his autograph in my collection(around 150 to 175) of NASCAR(Cup,Busch,Craftsman trucks,ARCA,etc...) good piece to have in a basic collection, any time you have someone that is a rokie of the year, champion of their division.
