Well, according to the BMI system...yes. Sorry! Your BMI would be 26.5, higher than the upper normal limit of 24.

Your "ideal" maximum weight would be somewhere around 121 LBS.

Of course, this system does not account for muscle mass. If you are a very muscular female, you can be heavier than ideal weight and still be in a healthy range for body fat.

Some females also tend to be thin, but have a large chest or a curvy booty. Fat that is stored in the abdominal area is the worst kind, so if you are thin there and thin in general but have "curves", you may still be closer to healthy range, as this type of fat storage poses less of a risk to your health.

Regardless of weight, ALL people should be eating right and exercising to stay fit.

It really depends. If you are very muscular, then you are healthy because muscle weighs more than fat. However, in you height range (5'2'') the ideal weight is 99-121 according the the BMI calculator. So you could be slightly overweight. But the BMI calculator is not always right so it really depends on your body type.

I guess you would fall into the "pleasingly plump" category. I weigh 150 pounds, but I'm 5'11" and male, so there's not much body fat here. On a woman, body fat can be pleasing, provided it is well distributed.

Not if it's mostly muscle. You could probably stand to lose 5-10 pounds to lesson your risk of heart disease.
