clearly you love your sister very very much. And you are right to be confused. Love demands loyalty so should you betray her trust and tell your parents or should you not? Well if you are loyal then you must understand that you must protect her and look out for her as a sister should. This means you must protect her from herself sometimes. In time she will understand that what you have done for her is out of love and will forgive you even thank you.
Think of it like this; how much more would you hate yourself if one day you got a phone call telling you your sister was in trouble and her life was in danger. She could be in hospital somewhere getting her stomach pumped or she could be endangering someone's life as well as her own. I may be sounding rude and rash but i am merely listing the possible consequences of silence.
If you love you sister and are loyal to her then you will tell someone.

Jamie, If you can't cell-phone your sis and get her back, seriously consider going to your parents. If she gets hurt, you will feel worse than if your parents pick her up and give her hell. She'll get over your telling on her quicker than she'll get over a broken leg, or worse. Then have a long talk with her about what is really important to her and how she is not honoring herself by acting this way. Good luck.

You should immediately tell an adult or someone who could go and get her before she gets herself in worse trouble. Maybe you don't feel comfortable to tell your parents....what about an Aunt or Uncle or Cousin who is older and who wouldn't get as angry at first but who could still help you?
