Is sending blocked images against the law or will it fall to unwanted websites?

Say if you send a picture of yourself in bikini whatever, will your picture fall to the wrong hands, or will u get arrested for it? (it will be under spam and blocked images)

lol. if it's blocked, you'll be fine. nothing'll happen...unless your reciever sends it to a "friend";)

you can't get arrested, they might block it or some will download it for their personal pleasure or what not..
