I went to the doctor a year ago and they diagnosed me with too much stress and it was causing me to get physical symptoms. Do you think that this is just a part of stress?

Sounds like migranes and or stress. See another doctor, get a second opinion. It sounds like this one was guessing. Good luck

No, i don't think so. It should be migraine. Stress might be enhancing it. There is no medicine in the world to treat it. Only Acupuncture treats it or it will disappear automatically aeter some time. But you will have to bear it till that time.
If you don't like Acupuncture or can't get an acupuncturist you go to villages and ask people. Many villagers treat it with some herbs.
If you can get drumstick leaflets draw one or two drops of juice and drop them in opposite nostril or both. You may get relief immediately. Try and see.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

The number one way to get a good answer for this problem is to talk to your physician. Either it is a migraine, or a tension headache. My dad used to get tension head aches and felt them like you did. He went to the chiropractor a few times and he feels better. Just go to your regular physician. He will know the answer.

Your symptoms are causing you to have much less resistance to the stressful factors you may face each day... What you describe is the common complain being seen by the doctor of Chiropractic.. Your body is in constant stress, making any other stress factor way over the line..Becoming a considerable aggravational factor.

Did you work out (do exercises)? Try to take something sour such as having green apple or mango. You have a symptom of migraine.
