don't fall for fad diets. The essentials are eating, breathing, and moving. Cut way down on fats in your diet, and also sugar. Eat smaller portions, drink lots of water, and exercise and you will lose weight. That's what I've been doing and I've lost 16 lbs in 2 weeks.

No such diets work. Think about it, are you going to stick to one diet the rest of your life? Your best bet is to find out your caloric intake and nutritional needs and eat a little below that.maybe 100 or 200 calories less. Do that, some resistance training and cardio and you will lose weight. Any South beach diet or stuff like that will end up hurting you.
