Ok, so to get TC in cooking, just cut and paste recipes. Here's what you do: rinse the damn bird inside and out. Save the giblets for the dressing. Brush it down with melted butter and rub fresh chopped mix of garlic, rosemary and parsley on the outside. Inside the bird place 1-2 whole apples (trust me, it's good). For the dressing add 5-6 slices of stale bread and the giblets in a blender with parsley (2-3 sprigs fresh, 1-2 tbsp dried) and 1/2 tsp ground sage. Grind it up good. Stir into 2 cups uncooked long grain and wild rice. Put the chicken in a shallow pan and put the dressing around it and add 2 cups water or chicken stock. Make a foil tent over the pan and cook at 325 for 15-20 minutes per pound. Baste with melted butter every 20 minutes. Leave the foil off for the last 20 minutes. And I'm guessing since you don't know how to cook the f-ing bird, you're going to just hack and slash at it when you try to carve it?
