Sometime next year I need to go spend three weeks in Brisbane, Queensland (I'm in Seattle, Washington), and my travel to Brisbane and back must be as inexpensive as humanly possible. Please help me figure out how to do this! Thanks.

Contact a travel agent for the cheapest deals. That has always worked best for me. They can get you cheaper deals than the internet or anything else.

From Seattle, I'm guessing your cheapest route to Sydney would be on Hawaiian Air (www.hawaiianair.com), and from there to Brisbane on Virgin Blue.

Qantas have a deal you should look at - it is called the AussiePass and includes 3 domestic flights in the cost. I think you will find that is the cheapest.

Six Americn friends of mine visited in July, and that was THE cheapest and best deal they could get.
