they dont want to seem too eager or desperate...a lot of guys seem to like a challenge of trying to get a girl that doesnt seem too interested...

well playing hard to get gives u a rush coz mostly the chick isnt intersed in u she just wants u to want her then she can turn u down and it feels good
mostly done with guys were not attracted to u no like why would we turn down hot guys
u no guys do this to chicks too they act all like sweet and flirty and want u bad then all of a sudden its pfft they dont want u no more and really mean
its just a thing ppl do when they want to make them selves feel better
and getting guys turned on then turning them down is kinda funny
some times
not that i do it now bt when i was young sure why not young ppl dont give a **** bout feelings every thing is a game

It means that, if you call, they won't call back right away but will wait. Stuff like that.
Personally, I think the "rules" are pretty silly. I think we should all just be honest and kind with each other.

no they don't reject you at all....it is the improper advances that they will reject....they will not fall into bed with you.....they want to be sure..
