Jolen Bleach bleaches just your hair - it has no lightening effect on your skin, whatsoever.

You could try L'Oreal Paris DERMO-EXPERTISE WHITE PERFECT Triple Whitening Spot Corrector.Oil free, non-sticky essence with highly concentrated active ingredient. Whiten the dark spot, even your skin tone.
Use it twice a day, spread evenly on face or only on the spot area.

Personally,I feel if your skin is healthy n has a glow - colour doesn't matter!

In my experience, it can cause the treated area to appear lighter, but it does not last for more than a day. It seems similar to shaving legs. It may take off a layer of dead skin, but it's not really changing the color. Hope that makes sense.
