Well, we're both in high school and she knows I like her alot, she tells me im perfect and the greatest guy ever but then i asked why we couldnt take it a bit further then friends I got.. "I just dont want a bf right now, but if i did it would so be you" no idea what that means really did i get secretly denied or what do you think? Give it to me straight doc.. I needa know

She don't want a boyfriend right now. She likes you and thinks your hot but she doesn't want a relationship. There is nothing wrong with that. She may have just broken up with someone or maybe she is just enjoying be a teenage girl in high school without all the drama that comes from dating. She may also feel that if you are dating then she will have to compromise her life to fit with yours. It is OK just be her Friend and hang out.

If she's being honest about what she's saying and not playing games then I'd say she's saying that she doesn't want a relationship right now, she would be with you if she wanted a relationship at the moment because she likes you. So basically bad timing, but she does seem to be interested in you.

i think that you need to believe her when she says she doesn't want a relationship right now. don't push things with her just let her choose the time when she is ready to have a relationship. and if this is just her way of stalling because she doesnt really like you then try watching how she acts around you and if you can pick up any vibes on her feelings towards you.

It means what it says. She likes you, but she doesn't want a boyfriend. I think she's a smart girl -- it's not a good idea to steady date until you're ready to get married. Just have fun and don't worry about getting too close with any one girl right now. You'll have plenty of friends to choose from later.

There are two strains of thought going on. She doesn't want a bf and she doesn't want you as bf now. Who knows what she is waiting for. She has showered you with wonderful compliments and then kind of says not to read into them. Bottom line: she does not want to be intimate with you, but she will not want to admit it to you so as not to hurt your feelings. It is not logical, but women think it makes perfect sense. I hope for you sake that I am wrong.

Sounds to me like a case of you not, or not wanting, to understand. She's told you how she feels and maybe it is because she wants to devote her time to studying for something she has set her heart on. If your interest in her is genuine then just be her best friend: you never know where that might end.

I think she likes you alot..but isn't ready for commiting yet. I know what that is like, but you have to give her space to decide. She may be dating others. If she comes back she will be yours and you will know for sure how she feels
