Don't worry about its "name," just print the picture out and take it to your artist. They'll either replicate it if it's exactly what you want or modify it to better suit you. With artists reference pictures are a hell of a lot more helpful than words.

Any tattoo artist should have some samples. All of them should, I don't see why they wouldn't!!!

I have lettering on me and I actually tried the styles off Microsoft Word, lots of different styles and you can put in what your getting written.
