Do Lutheran's have a leader? Protestants? and Eastern Orthodox?

I can speak for Lutherans.
The head of the church is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Each church will have its own bishops for each synod and the head of the National Churches are the Monarchs or a head Bishop. If you are asking if Lutheran Churches have a Primate or Patriarch like the Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholics do, then the answer is no.

Lutherans, no. They have split into several sects, for lack of better word.
Protestants do not have a 'leader', however they do have a conglomeration of different denominations under Council of Churches. The Assembly of God has a 'leader' that is the General Assembly based out of Springfield, Missouri; as for the other denominations of Protestant sects I am not sure.
The Eastern Orthodox have no leader, all bishops are equal.

Lutherans: Martin Luther (so to speak). Protestants: depends if they are liberal or conservative... If they are conservative, then it is Jesus Christ...If they are pop Conservative: maybe Billy Graham... If they are liberal, NPR?
Eastern Orthodox have their priest...

i'm a protestant which mean protestor and i even protest protestant churches. we don't have any leader other than God. protestants don't even have a figure head. the kingdom of God lives in the hearts of men.
