yes-- of course you will- provided you do not eat high calorie foods or big meals when you are not hungry-- salads have very little calories - so eating alot of them will help with wt loss
-avocadoes are exceptions since they have alot of fat/calories in them.. and yes i lost 30 llbs one summer by mostly eating vegetables and drinking ice tea with Splenda or water-
(also exercising will noit only help you burn calories but also supresses appetite)
wt gain is equal to calories gained - calories burned-- easy equation-- but easier said than done--
actually very low carbohydrate /high protein /fat diets will help with wt loss but need to be very strict to change the biochemistry of the body--

Ya you definately can. But by depriving yourself of other nutrients your body needs you'll start craving things uncontrollably and if you do give in you will gorge and end up gaining the weight back in a day. Well not quite that fast but its hard to fight your brain when it is telling your body that you really need that o'henry. You can also loose weight eating just cheerios too. 1 cup cheerios and 1/2 cup milk all day every day whenever you are hungry. Its just impossible to stick to. But there is such a huge variety of cheerios your body takes longer to get sick of them. It works with all the cheerios even the honey nut ones. I lost 15 pounds once doing that but then couldn't eat cereal again for like 2 years.

Grilled hen salads ought to probably be a more advantageous suited option than only hen. yet you want to both have slightly of pork or take some iron supplementations or eat pulses and beans or you'll only get truly run down.

If that's what you eat instead of fries or cookies or a burger, absolutely. Keep in mind that vegetables contain a lot of water and fiber, two things that fill you up but don't add any calories.

Be sure to use a low-fat dressing, though.

It depends on what kind of salad you are eating... If you eat it with cheese, bacon with ranch dressing then you will be gaining weight.
