Coild heaters ofcourse do not have any flames. Nor do they BURN like charcoal but i really wish to understand whether they reduce O2.

What are other side effects of coil heaters used for warming up room.

They might burn a very small amount due to dust landing on the coils & burning.

Overall efficiency of producing electric, usually by generating heat, then converting electric back to heat is low. If you have electric that would otherwise go to waste, eg from wind or water turbine, then generating heat is "free".
Charcoal production also generates lots of pollutants.

Better to use a stove that can use a local sustainable fuel source, like coppiced wood, combusted at very high temperature as in a ceramic stove, or by "cooking" wood to produce wood gas. or a bio-gas digester. Anyway can/should be fed with air from outside the heated room

They use no oxygen. The coils are heated by the flow of electricity. No charcoal is involved. Such heaters are convenient for putting heat into a limited area, but they are very expensive to run as they use a lot of electricity for the heat produced.
