Corns are a build up of skin the body forms to protect an area that is irritated often. Go to a podiatrist and have them taken care off. They might have you change shoes, wear a pad, or make an insert to change how your foot hits the ground. Do not cut them, a nasty infect could result.

Corns are a callous buildup caused by pressure to the area... you need to check your dancing shoes and find a way to enlarge the area above the cornified areas.. You may have to find a cobbler to do this for you.
