im not gonna lie, im a pretty scrawny kid, or at least i was, like a month ago, but swim season started again. i got alot more ripped and i gained a few pounds in muscle mass, how can i keep gettin bigger and more cut? any workin protein shakes you know of? im 16 and i swim for my high school. im the fastest 50 freestyler on the team, and its kinda embarressing when people r like, wow, u fast, but skinny as hell!

to get big you have to eat alot and lift heavy.
try to hit the basics- bench press, barbell curls,squat and rows.
try to do those with 8-10 reps with like 5 sets.
just eat whatever you can and add some weight gainer in it and be consistence.
(find a friend as a spotter but since you are swimming it is going to be hard to get buff.)

at your age i would'nt suggest any protein shakes or any other product to help your muscle mass... i would suggest that you take a daily vitamin and eat a healthy diet.....keep it low fat and high protein....like chicken and eggs, or tuna and rice....that's what i do, I'm 35 and have lots of mass for my height....i do lift weights but i never over do it....as far as being skinny, I'm sure you will grow out of it in time....just eat right and keep exercising like you are...you'll do fine
