This is very much possible to do...the safe and healthy way. Go to http://www.harvestlifechangers.com/. Co-Pastor Dukes has a book called, The Accelerated Weight Loss Diet Plan and Journal. This works if you stick to the plan, it's very easy to follow. It tells you when to exercise and what to eat. I lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks...Co-Pastor Dukes lost 60 pounds in 3 months.
