When I was in teens,I too faced the same problem. The reason was I was weak. One feels dizzy when the BP drops,ie low BP.That time u can immediately eat something sugary like a choclate or cake, this will bring the BP levels to normal. But u got to eat very well, change to an healthy diet.Do not skip meals or try to diet.Eat very well and do lots of exercise, this will keep u fit and also daily exercise brings up stamina.Sometimes it may be due to some strong perfume smell or when u r on empty stomach. It may be also bcoz of poor vision too.On the whole an healthy diet will rule out all the above. If its still bad then its better u consult a doctor.

It could be your diet, vision, too much of something in your body or not enough vitamins,it matters if you are tall, high/low blood pressure, infection ... it could be a million things
Best thing for you to do is to see a doctor.
Don't depend on the people on yahoo to answer a very serious question that deals with YOUR body. You don't know who is a doctor and who isn't here.
Make an appointment today, it could be a life or death situation.

If you shut your eyes and lean your head backward, this should amplify the condition.. Do a check at the base of the skull and see if you detect any tenderness when applying any pressure there. Also, stand with your feet together and then shut your eyes and see what happens.. This is a common problem with cranial nerves involved but is not restricted to that particular problem.. can be numerous other problems but need to rule this one out. Is a common symptom presenting to the office of a doctor of Chiropractic..If that is the problem the response would be rather dramatic at your age. Should this be the problem, it indicates you have a postural problem developing and it needs to be taken care of at an early age. Just to prevent greater problems when you are older.

I have the same problem. I went to the doctor and they told me it could be stress. I took meclizine and it really helps. But check blood sugar as well, because low blood sugar can cause dizziness. I hate feeling of dizzy, I have suffer the dizzy for about couple of years on and off. I reallize stress can harm your body and create many symptoms. So take care.....
