What's over is over. There's no way you can enjoy true love with the memories of your ex cluttering your thoughts. The following steps will help you to move on.

Instructions
• STEP 1: Talk to your friends.
• STEP 2: Get clear with your ex. If there are a lot of unresolved issues involving money, possessions, etc., clear them up. If he is call again, tell him that your are happy with you curent boyfriend now. Ask him to move on to his life.
• STEP 3: If you can't get him out of your mind distract yourself. Movies, sightseeing, outdoor activities, games and a good book are all possibilities.
• STEP 4: Recall back the reasons which made you guys broke off. Do you wanna go though all these again? Is worth to risk your time again? Is it fair to your current boyfriend?
• STEP 5:Once you have decided, is better to be firm with your decision & make yourself clear to your ex.

Tips & Warnings
• Clean breaks are generally better. Take some time away from your ex, even if you plan to remain friends. Not to have sex him.
• While you're confuse, don't do anything you'll regret later.

If you really want him to get over you and you really love your new boyfriend then you should really stop talking to the X. In the long run none of you will be happy. Let the guy move on and break all ties with him, you will thank yourself down the road.

leave him alone and focus on your new boyfriend. if u are not in love like u was b 4 then leave it alone. i went through the same thing. let him know u like him but there is no getting whats gone back. let him know that if he wants to be friends that's fine, but as far as that there is no more boyfriend girlfriend relationship.

Hang up on him or walk away! There is a reason why you broke up. Besides, you don't want to ruin things with your current boyfriend, do you?

seems that you love your current bf more than your x-bf, so you should know what to do...

do your current bf treat you nice, if yes, don't think too much, reject your x-bf.

if you wanna help your x-bf, reject him, don't feel pity with him.
time can cure...

Tell him you still love him inside but your love is not what it was before. Tell him to move on.
