I have pretty dark skin and i always have problem wearing Black t-shirts due to my skin colour.

Buy Concha Nacar (Mexican Conch skin care) skin bleach. I've seen their products at walmart. I haven't used the bleach, but the other products work wonders.

It's amazing how most fair-skinned people want to be tan, while most of the tanned-skinned people want to be fair-skinned. Humans will never be satisfied :)

There's medical grade skin bleach available at high-end spas, but it's not too safe...and your reasoning seems kinda sketchy. If you get too light, then you won't be able to wear white shirts!
