Immature and I for sure would not use the company email or pc for this. They can read it.

Send your coworker an email telling that you think the client is nice and cute and that you wish more guys were like that. Leave it to your coworker to forward it. Then you can act totally surprised. or if you are planning on attending a gathering soon ask your coworker to mention to client and tell them that you asked.

go for it. he will be flattered. believe me, guys love it and it shouldn't hurt business unless you become a pain. don't say I think you are cute but rather something more profound like don't be a stranger, come in and see us. something like that. you have to CYA in a business setting as it is.
