When I get the craving, it's not unusual for me to drink a whole 10 ounce bottle of worcestershire sauce over the course of a few hours. Also, sometimes I get the craving to drink a mixture of yellow mustard and white vinegar, but sometimes I will dilute it some with water. So that would like be 2parts vinegar, 1part mustard, and maybe 1 part water. When this happens, I may drink 20 or 30 ounces of this. Does anyone else have these cravings, and sip at or drink worcestershire sause or vinegar and/or mustard?

Lol! My blood pressure is normal,and sometimes just a tad low. Cholesterol levels are great, and so are blood sugar levels.

I sometimes have major cravings for hot or salty stuff. I love vinegar, worcestershire and soy sauce. I don't drink alcohol and can only take so much sweetness. Maybe it is a personal preference.

That's a lot of sodium your are consuming with the Worcestershire sauce. Do you have hypertension???!?
