My ex bf was sweet & caring but he was the one who ended our short relationship. But after he ended it, he would still say hi to me on msn and he even invited me to his b-day which was at a club. I went w/ a friend, it was so awkward. He kept coming up to me to talk but I didn't really feel like talking to him, so it seemed like I kinda ignored him. His friend kinda liked me he followed me around and asked lots of questions, my ex got jealous & pushed his friend. Neways, after his b-day he stopped saying hi to me on msn. After 2 months of not talking one day he said hi to me on msn. he thanked me for going to his b-day (too late, I know) and he even said "I didn't mean to ignore you, sorry" then I said to him "its ok, I came so u would know that there's no hard feelings & I thought it was a good way to say bye to u & finally close the book" OK why did he invite me to his b-day? AND why did he apologize when I ignored him?

By the way, we had a very innocent relationship, it never went past kissing, so don't say he invited me to "get booty" cuz he knows he ain't getting any from me!!

Also, we haven't talked to each other on msn anymore, it's been months since we talked.

He's wondering if he made a mistake and should have stayed with you. As for pushing his friend.... yeah.... he's still territorial where you are concerned.

maybe he wants you in his life but just not in a relationship kinda of way. maybe try letting him know how you feel and ask him why he invited you and let him kno you dont quit understand. i really dont think anyone would know why he would do these things exactly because no one on here is him. so it comes down to if you really wanna kno then you need to get the answer from him! because anyone on here could come up with any answer and no matter how hard you try to believe in that answer.. youll never know if its right.

He sounds immature. He probably invited you so you could see that he was doin OK without you. Let the past go. There are plenty of guys out there who want genuine, long term relationships. Good luck.

Maybe he feels guilty, or maybe he wants back with you. I wouldn't be surprised. Lots of guys freak out on a girl and then realize what a good thing they had once she's gone and they see what else is out there. And the 'what else' isn't as good as you. Good luck.

The reasons why are his problem. Worry about your own life. You don't need to cling to this guy. Don't let him suck you in. There are plenty of decent guys around.
