Play little tricks on him/her all year that won't really add up to anything big, but will make their work harder.

-put super glue on the staples in his stapler.
-cut off the tops of all his pencil erasers.
-put random hole punches in his papers and grade book.
-put visine in his coffee mug once a month.
-change the keys on his desk or file cabinet if he has one.
-find the number to his cell phone and sneak call it while he's in class.
-rig his computer so the volume is turned up really loud and plays a horrible song when he turns it on.
-rub oil on his desk and then sprinkle dust all over it.
-put fake teacher conference memos in his mailbox

Well I do know this classmate of mine who asks alot of questions on purpose. The questions that are related to the topic but alot of them. This tends to make the teacher stress out but can not take out on you.

1. Be the first person to raise your hand for every question and chant "I know" "I know"
2. Ask a question every 3-4 minutes while they are lecturing on a topic.
3. Come to his/her classroom before school and stay late in their classroom after school EVERY day to discuss what was already covered in the class lesson that day.

That should do it.

My classmates and I always enjoyed taking turns asking completely ridiculous questions. One time we all took turns coughing through the entire class. Have fun!
