I have that same problem too. Except the bumps appears on my arms. I'm 13 too also. Many people I know have said they had this problem before too. All I do basically, is just rub lotion on my arms daily. Any lotion will work, I think. My arms become more smoother every week. I still have the bumps but they're not not bumpy. Also, don't pick at the bumps too, I've learned it just makes it worse. In one of the recent issuses of the Seventeen magazine, there is a way to get rid of the bumps by using a scrub or something.

Try getting a facial scrub or make your own. Just add some sugar to you facial cream and scrub your skin gently with it and then rinse. Buy a peeling mask...I use St. Ives. Just put it on your face let it dry and tighten a few minutes and then peel off. It removes impurities and tightens pours. Then follow with a moisturizing cream, something not too greasy though. Good luck

You really need to read "Banish My Bumps" by Angela Steinberg (also available in electronic format here: http://www.banishbumps.com ). It's about how to permanently cure your Keratosis Pilaris naturally. I was able to clear my skin in only 7 days after reading this.

Stop paying paying each month good money on creams. This is exactly what the pharmaceutical industry wants you to do! They want to milk money from you each month.

you can always just use a good exfoliator like st.ives if your on a buget but if you want to go all out there is a really good one from chanel or Nars they run about 35 to 45 even 50 but they work wonders for the skin. but you always have to be careful about over scubbing because that can lead to the skin becoming red.
