Just dont make a habit. Bra's can be one of the causes of BC long term if they are too tight and worn a lot because they slow down the circulation of the blood. Once blood cant penetrate parts of the body that is what causes illness and disease. Please be aware of this and be wise.

No, although underwire bras may restrict some fluid drainage from breast tissue, especially if the bra is too small. I don't think there is any conclusive evidence as to what this does over the long term. However, being asleep while wearing a bra isn't going to do anything different than if you were wearing it while awake, so I wouldn't worry about it.

Bras are not carcinogenic.
Cancer is caused by mutations in specific genes, and this can only happen at a cellular level, and bras have no effect on that.

There are about as many cases of breast cancer caused by sleeping with a bra as there are cases of testicular cancer in women.
