Although they may not always see eye to eye, they know that comments the other has their best interest at heart.

Questions about puberty should be easy to ask/answer.

They usually know what the other is thinking just by looking at the expression on the face.

I'm only drawing from my own experiences being a daughter and having one of my own. I do understand that what I've listed don't necessarily apply for all mothers and daughters but it's what is most common.

1. The awkward years...in even the healthiest mother-daughter relationships,rebellion sets in. At the end daughters come back.
2. Two kinds of talk... the "boy talk" and the "whats happening to your body talk".
3. A mothers advice... "god has a plan for you and it may not be to become a model, but something more special". Told to me by a my mother.
