Hey all. I have read all sorts of Advice on how to perk up your but I've heard, lunges, squats, stair climber...etc

My question is this. Is there anyone out there that has targeted their butt and done extra stuff to make it into a "bubble" butt? Did it work. Did you see marked improvement after a period of time? How long did it take you? 3mos 6mos a year?

I want to do this right, no implants or anything. Just want to know what to expect or if I'm just getting my hopes up with all tese extra exercises

I want to know if people have actually had success making their butt perkier. and if so how long it took, and if they got the results they were ultimately looking for

Of course working out will work. It will take at least six months for you to see a vast difference. After about six weeks you will see some results but you will be much happier after half a year or so. Do squats and lunges both for 2 or three sets 15 to 25 reps. A good hint for beginers is if your not sore the next day, you can push yourself harder. I can give you a much better lower body leg workout just email me and ask...roben17@eamail.arizona.edu

I not sure, I just a guy. But, it would seem that anything to tense the Butt muscles would help. It like Isometrics I guess. Just sitting now, try to squeeze your legs together and push your groin area forward, best I can explain and be nice. You should feel the butt muscles tense up or tighten. Just do not over do this as you may get a muscle cramp. It may help, all I can say.

all the ones individuals are proper all of it relies on the character, haa i've a tremendous and perky butt and everyone loves it haa however i do know a few men that like little individuals butt haa simply uncover a man that loves you as you're no longer to your butt

You bet you can improve what you you've got. Leg raises, bicycling and swimming will help. But the fact is some butts are truly better than others. Some ladies are born with bubble butts ... hard to compete with.
