How do girl like the guys to be. Really nice or act like men and pull back our shoulders and walk with attitude. How do you know when you can ask out a girl that you like?

Both! You can be nice without being a girly man...lol... Confidence is the key, girls will go for the confident guy. So you can have the swagger of a macho guy, but then be nice as well. Its a balancing act. About asking the girl out, she will give you a hint if she likes you... Once you see that she likes you, go for it!
