Hi, I'm 13 and my height is around 5 feet and I weigh around 28 kg. I'm underweight & small! All of my friends are taller, bigger & heavier than me!! Maybe I have small body build..... What is a suitable supplement for me that will help all my problems above?

Stay small. Alot of the girls that are taller and more developed than you are now will be overweight by the time they are 21. You however will probably will have a very nice figure and get your share of attention from the guys. You should eat full meals to ensure that you are getting all your nutrients but trust me when I say nothing is wrong with being small.

Well the first thing is to not just eat a bunch of food. that will just make you unhealthy. Try drinking protein shakes and ensure WITH a meal of healthy carbs (wheat products) and low fat protein (eggs, fish, soy). Also drink skim milk instead of soda. Eatting 4 to 5 meals is better than 3 if you have the time. Just keep in mind that you could just be smaller naturally. I didnt weigh more than 100 lbs till i got to high school

nothing will make you grow taller except maybe HGH or human growth hormone which you need a doctors prescription for. to gain weight just eat everything. but that can lead to the wrong weight. a balanced diet suplemented by protein shakes or even creatine and a workout schedule including weight training will help fill you out. but no worries you are thirteen you will grow no worries

It sounds as if your metabolism is very high. You might want to try protein shakes. My little brother has the same problem and he has the kind that you can mix with vanilla ice cream and milk and it tastes just like a vanilla shake. But you can use any ice cream.

Don't worry about your weight or build. Your growth spurt will come on its own. Make sure you eat enough, you're young and your metabolism will burn it up. As long as you're not dieting to stay thin everything will take care of itself. And as another poster said, small girls = teh win.

No supplement just eat really hearty foods, alot of carbs, and protein

im 5 ft and 20 years old embrace your small stature! guys will love it when youre older. if you want to gain weight...drink shakes like slimfast but not as meals, just when you want to snack. also protein shakes are good too.
