My current weight is 168 lbs (my height is 5'7") . I wanna lose about 35-40 lbs in about 2-3 months. Is that possible? can somebody show me step by step instruction. Thanks...

Yes its possible. All you must do it drink lost of water, cut out junkfood in your diet, eat healthy foods, and exercise daily(I'd say run atleast 2 miles a day).

Slim fast twice a day If you make your own from powdered you can add a ton of ice and it will taste more like a milk shake, You also get more water this way ,exercise, a ton of water and a meal at dinner with veggies no sauce or salt skin pulled off. 3 ounces vegetables in vinegar NO bread or sweets period. apple

When you hit a Plato eat 3 med apples in one day with just water that day and you will lose again.
Sometimes your body feels its starving or is in keydosis (SP) so it will hold on to your weight to keep you from doing so..

Do not be foolish and make your self vomit as it damages the heart big time. Had a patient years ago who did this for her wedding ended up spending the honeymoon at the hospitial

I doubt you can get it all off in 2 months in a healthy manner. Try counting your calories, I'm guessing maybe you want to take in 1400 calories at that height (keep a food diary)... get in lots of vegi's to fill yourself up and have a balanced breakfast, lunch, and dinner... and a snack or two on fruit or something low in cal. Do 45-60 minutes of aerobics most days of the week. Avoid regular sodas... diet sodas are okay and ones with no caffeine are the best... if you drink diet soda with caffeine make sure you get your water in because the caffeine can dehydrate you.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

I lost 30 pounds in 40 days on a no diet weight loss plan that was easy to use and tasted great. I used it twice a day for 40 days and now I use it one to two times a week to maintain. you have to eat, breathe, and move. cut way down on fats in your diet, drink a lot of water, and exercise, exercise, exercise and you might make it in 3 months
