I don't understand. I drink water like a fish. I try to exercise an hour each day and I try to eat healthy but I still get cellulite.

I'm only 16.. Is this normal? I have it on my thighs just under my butt. It's werid because I have muscle on the back on the thigh than it turns to cellulite.

It's genetics. I got cellulite at fourteen. Even when I was working out six days a week I still has cellulite. I've heard that some fat-burning creams help get rid of cellulite, but I haven't bothered.

I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

Cellulite Disappear?

I imagine your mother has cellulite as well, I had it is my teens... still in my 20's have it. You can really reduce the appearance of cellulite by doing some strength training on the areas where you see cellulite. In that location you are talking about, you should work on leg lifts and lunges. Also massage lotion into that area twice a day just to improve the circulation.

Cellulite does not come from a single cause. It almost always comes from a combination of generic and hormonal factors. Some wrong behaviors, however, can cause or even worsen cellulite: a life that is too sedentary, altered blood circulation, incorrect diet with insufficient intake of fluids, smoking and alcoholic beverages, high heels and close-fitting garments. The plasma fluid, transudated from impaired and weakened capillaries, accumulates and stagnates in surface adipose tissue.

Because "Cellulite" is a myth, and doesn't exist.

Fat is fat, and fat is everwhere, there is only one kind, and it's been accepted publicly that "fat" is bad.

It's sad because it's not, in moderation, however.

You're 16.
By the time you're 20 or even 19, you will change a lot. Trust me.

Oh, and about excercizing, try workign out instead, and don't do the "sit ups for your abs" crap, because your body takes energy from EVERYWHERE, not nut your stomache, it takes it form your neck, toes, wrists...

That's called spot excercizing, and it's also ineffective.
Do cardio, too..

It is not an age thing, it is often hereditary. It is a connective tissue disorder, you can be super fit with no excess fat and still have cellulite. HTH : )

It's totally normal, don't worry. I think there may be creams and stuff that your doctor can prescribe to you. Alot of it is probably because of genetics, but definitly do a lot of wall sits and those will help get rid of some of that!
