YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT IF YOU CONSTANTLY KEEP EATING IT.iF YOU HAVE THE TIME LET THE SOUP SIMMER BEFORE EATING IT'LL BE BETTER TRUST ME I DID IT AND I LOST 9 POUNDS.

If you utilize the cabbage soup diet, you will lose weight.

It has a lot of potassium which helps shed excess water, and something about cabbage soup kinda cleans out your intestines for the good.

then you cut out prepared food and eat lots of produce, no meat to speak of. Can be a little expensive in the winter if you want fresh produce.

A little hard to stick to, would not recommend it more than 10 days, but it does rid you of certain cravings for unhealthy stuff.

some people have a little gas problem the first 2 days, take beano if you do.

take vitamins while on it.

You loose weight and some cravings, but mainly just feel healthier. Not easy, but not real tough either.

It of course depends on what you eat with it. But generally yes. I did the cabbage soup diet once and liked it as well as lost weight. Good Luck.

You'll lose mainly water weight. Keep in mind, you'll be losing weight but you won't be losing fat. After your cabbage soup week, once you have a piece of food, you'll gain about 5 lbs right back.

You will lose weight. You will lose water weight, some muscle, and maybe fat. But then, you will gain the weight back plus more. Bottom line, it does not work cause it can only result in a decrease in metabolism.

You don't need to go ona radical diet. Just cut down on the crap food and start doing some hard but quick exercises. It's not easy to lose weight, and most people are way too lazy. Just 30 mins a day!

Yes, you will and if you drink water also. I have seen people use this diet to lose weight fast in order to have surgery. It really does work.

If that's all you eat, yes. Be advised that that class of vegetable is notorious for flatulence (the cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower group).
