I want to improve my memeory. How to do that?

Eat fish, it's supposed to help in the brain deparment.

2. Take homeopathy pills - Kali Phos in 200 potency.

Stop alcoholic drinks, cigar, playing computer or PlayStation games and reduce the frequency of sex.

Read spiritual and self help books. Play chess.
Consume variety of fruits and vegetables.

Keep your body fit, play outdoor sports.

This is Rajesh. To improve memory just concerntrate one thing at one time. Like if u r reading books just read books dont concerntrate on any other things. I think one way to improve concentration is present concentration.....
Just concetrate what u do every time....
When u walk, just walk....
So be in present and listen outside....

write the things down then every evening go over the things you wrote down.

use a lot of citrus fruits and drink a lot of water....eat almonds....green leafy vegetables.....ladiesfinger...and a minimum exercise daily......meditation wii also help
