Here are some facts NO MOONSHINE IS TASTY! It get the job done so to speak, and it burns all the way down. But it isnt easy either, it can take a while to get abatch done and it can take several batchs to actually get it right, and even then its gonna taste like fermented bear piss and rubbing alcohol! But here you go here is a recipe! The basic ingredients: corn meal sugar water yeast malt The basic process: Mix all ingredients together in a large container. After mixing, move the mixture, called "mash," into a still and leave it to ferment. How quickly this process occurs depends on the warmth of the mash. Heat the mash to the point of vaporization at 173 degrees. The mash will produce a clear liquid, often the color of dark beer. You must watch this process with careful attention. Trap vapor using a tube or coil. The vapor will be transferred into a second, empty container. The resulting condensation is the moonshine. It is then ready to drink or sell. Keep mash in container. It is now called "slop." Add more sugar, water, malt, and corn meal and repeat the process. Repeat the process up to eight times before replacing the mash. How to Make It

Rente's answer is correct - moonshine is illegal and probably not so tasty either. I brew my own wine and beer and try to make it with some kind of flavour. Moonshine is like the extreme beyond hard liquors like Scotch, Gin, Vodka, Rum, and so on! It requires the use of what is called distillation equipment to evaporate what you've already brewed into another vat filled with the more concentrated alcohol. If you drink this straight, you're not going to feel too well unless you're used to very hard liquor.
