First ask yourself "Do you really love her" if yes. there is nothing wrong in expressing your love again and again but without hoping she will revert back the same. If you are true to the relationship she will soon know and will be back with u .
Mantra for a perfect relationship:
Just be truthful

Id say its a no go. Don't get ur heart broken anymore than u have been. If you have to keep continuously proposing...somethings wrong with that picture. she has most likely moved on. You should too. You'll find someone who is in love with you..propose then.

Dont ask her over and over again! Apparently, this is not good, maybe she needs some time to think over having a permanent relationship with you...dont harass her if you love her...give her the time and space she needs.

Find out why she denies you and wait till things settle.
Still she does not like you, then its time to move on.

Even if she accepts you later, it may not be good for you to accept her cos she might know and explore your weaknesses. She would take advantage over you.

Stop bothering her. Set her free. She will come back to you, if she is still in love with you, or else its futile proposing her repeatedly.

If she turns you down, wait until things have changed before you ask her again. If you keep asking her, she'll see it as harassment - not romantic.
