My Question Is Is Could A Doctor Tell If A Woman Had A Misscarriage Along Time Ago If She Never Told Anyone?
Like If She Went To A Gyno Is There Any Way Of Telling?

I believe it depends how far along the pregnancy was. If it was her only pregnancy and she carried for a few months, the ob/gyn will likely be able to tell.

If the woman doesn't want her doctor, or anyone to know about the miscarriage, it's up to her but when she decides to become pregnant, that is information she really needs to share with her doctor because it could have happened for a medical reason that could cause problems with subsequent pregnancies.

Probably.

There are signs left if a woman has been pregnant - even more if she's given birth - scars, stretch marks, changes in the cervix, etc. The earlier the miscarriage, the harder it would be to tell though, because the less her body would have changed to accommodate the baby.

(Thorough, specific autopsies can show a lot of things, but hey, if it takes an autopsy to find out, I doubt you have to worry about it anymore.)

Fortunately, the doctor or "gyno" can't "tell" anyone but you (except by court order). It's against the law. If you don't want anyone to know, don't tell them.

I agree with everyone who mentioned that the cervix changes. It goes from being closed if you have never had a baby with a small circular closure to haveing like a flat line once you have given birth, miscarriage or not. A gyno could easily tell if you had given birth before from a simple vaginal exam.

Yes, usually there is some scaring when a pregnancy is ended.
The egg attaches to the walls of the uterus, and a scare can from when the egg miscarries.
Only 1 in 12 fertilized eggs actually makes it to birth. Many women have had pregnancies which miscarried naturally and they only found out about it when in a doctors office.

I think it depends on how far long she might have been. Most miscarriages take place without us even knowing, because it's similar to a period. If there was a baby forming, and the woman was well along, she would have to have a d&c, and I would think that she would know there was something going on .

Yes they can tell. There are ways for them to know. Not sure of the exact methods or way, but they can tell. They can tell about abortions as well.
