My dog has distemper, and she is very sick. Weve already paid over 1000 dollars to get her better but she is still very ill is there anything else we could do???

Unfortunately distemper is very serious and the cure rate is low. I know you have done what you should by taking her to the vet. It is very hard to get a dog over distemper. Even the ones that make it may never be really healthy and normal.
Just follow any guidelines from your vet. And pray

find a vet whos honest and works on charity. They will only charge if something is found.
