Every night when I got to sleep I never had a good dream in like a year. All I have are nightmares. Sometimes I find it hard to sleep and I'm begining to get insomnia. What does this mean?

It could be a stressful environment at work or a specific event that occurred. It could even be something in your diet. Try making a list of all the things that are different in your life now than it was before you started having the nightmares. Also, keep a notebook by your bed and record as much as you can remember about the dreams; there might be something in common that can give you an idea of what's wrong; like if in every dream you feel helpless and vulnerable, maybe you need to start taking charge of your life or stand up to your boss or something. If the insomnia continues, I suggest you go see your doctor and maybe consider taking sleeping pills. Good luck with that and I hope you have sweet dreams tonight!

Accepted knowledge says puppies dream similar to men and women so sure they necessarily have a few nightmares. People simplest have a tendency to consider desires or nightmares after they get up in the course of REM sleep, so waking your puppy in the course of this style of episode isn't always the first-rate answer - specifically seeing that he could also be harassed whilst woken. Dogs have a tendency to dream with extra motion and for shorter instances than men and women. Sometimes puppies show such a lot motion in the course of a dream that men and women have ago flawed them for seizures. However, you'll be able to readily wake a dreaming puppy, however you would now not halt a seizure within the identical manner

It sounds like you have some unresolved issues in your life right now. Try taking a warm soothing bath before bed and clear your head of all the things that have happened during the day. A glass of warm milk sometimes can help too. Don't watch T.V. until you fall asleep as this can put bad thoughts in your head. I hope you will sleep better tonight. Good Luck
