This is a rather redundant question. How many times have I wondered through questions and found ones such as these. Perhaps ypu couls take a stab at the search bar.

i follow these 10 rules

1) drink 10 or more glasses of water per day but avoid soft drinks
2) exercise 30 or more minutes per day, 6 days per week
3) eat nothing that is fried
4) only eat fruit or fruit juice before 11am
5) eat your last meal by 7pm
6) start every lunch and every dinner with a salad
7) eat at least one green vegetable with every meal
8) never eat out of the container
9) one glass of wine per day
10) once per week have a splurge meal

this is a diet you can stick with for a long time- and you will lose weight at a steady pace.

Eat proper foods, cut back on red meat, eat more fish/fowl and limit your meat/flow to about 5 ounces a day. Eat veggies, fruits, grain products. Try to hold your calorie intake to 1600-1800 calories a day. Drink lots of water, stop the carbonated beverages and beer. EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXCERCISE....AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK

It was very easy for me to lose 30 pounds in 40 days as I just implemented a no diet weight loss plan into my daily life.

By eating moderate, exercising, burning calories and having a balanced diet consisting of more veg and fruit and less meat!

The scientific answer would be to Work off more calories than you eat. Also tend to eat more protein vs. simple carbohydrates.

If you're REALLY fat, you get surgery... for FREE! But you have to be more than 200 pounds. Other than that, you go on a diet or something.

drink a lot of water, workout 3 times a week, i mean hard, look at the navy seals workout its on line, it works trust me!

stay away from alot sugar,chocolate,yeast,carbohydrates.greasy foods eat more salads,baked foods,grilled foods use less salt eat 6-7small meals a day (stay away from butter to) exercise . walking,jogging

Excerise, healthy eating and paitience. That, or throw up all the time.
