My cousin told me about this diet patch and she said it sort of worked for her. I want some other opinions so please tell me if it worked for you or not. Thanks!

I have not personally used it but I had a friend who did and it was the same results as what your friend told you. I sort of worked but yet not really. I lost 30 pounds in 40 days on a no diet weight loss plan that was super easy and tasted great. You can do it but you just got to find what works for you as we are all different

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

The only result i got was feeling jittery- not energetic, just like i couldnt quite sit still, even if i was tired and Wanted to just relax. It didnt curb my appetite or help me loose any weight.
My reccomendation if you are trying to slim down is Hot-Rox pills. they are over the counter and available at GNC or Walgreens and other drug/vitamin stores. Ive lost 40 pounds with these and im terrible at sticking to a diet or excersize plan. Good luck!

It’s Friday brunch time and you just can’t stop going back with regard to seconds. But hang on! Stop for a minute and suck on an extra strong mint. The flavour will probably put you off that 3 rd plate of chicken korma/roast beef/sushi medley.

Seriously, there are thousands of "easy quick and effortless weight loss fixes", but all of them are not good for you or disfigure you in some way. Nothing was meant to be easy in life!

The best way is to just eat healthy and make sure you take up excercise for 30 mins a day. It's really, really easy i swear! Nobody can be stuffed to though apperntly. People are healthy here in Australia, but i heard americans are too lazy and can't be F'd to even try.

Acquire smaller plates. Little crockery means portion control is really a lot easier – those diminutive parts suddenly look huge and you’ll be happier to use less.
