This may sound simple. Dress up nicely (a dress gets my attention), go up to him, and talk with him. If this advice doesn't work, you may want to smack him up side the head with your hand to get his attention and try again.

If you need to get a guy to notice you, hes not the one for you. The guy that is for you will look at you just the way you are. it wont matter what shirt you wear, or how low you wear your shirt. Be yourself and be natural, that might catch his eye for once.

IGNORE HIM loll trust me it works: ) act like you dont care , but once you know that his around talk to your friends and laugh a lot and once you see his looking at you give him a warm smile. Dress up nice and always have a smile on
