I'll tell u one thing for sure, once it wears off, if ur on it for pain, all the pain comes flying back at you, just like it was when the drug was given, b4 it kicked in. It is a narcotic, a controlled substance, it is addictive, it is impairing, and it makes most people itch like CRAZY, especially the face!

I had a friend who was an anaesthesiologist who died from an accidental overdose, and he knew all about the dangers of the drug. Only take the recommended dose!

Its generally accepted as dangerous to fly while stoned - as a pilot or passenger.
Even using this drug as prescribed can have mind altering effects leading to impaired senses and judgement. Impaired senses leads to greater dizziness/nausea.

fentanyl is measured in micrograms, ug, basically you would barely be able to see a fatal dose.
