Awwww, poor baby. I hope that he can see.

How long have you had him and why do you think that he's blind? Can he find his food and water or does he walk around and bump into things?

He needs to go the vet and be checked, not to mention, if he hasn't any shots yet, he will need those as well.

I hope that the little guy is OK. Good luck to you both.

ADD:

Sorry. You answered some of my question when I was typing my response. I'm still not sure why you think he's blind though. Does he follow you around or watch you? Does he walk into things?

Awww, you guys are awful! Rearrange the furniture?! Although I suppose it would work!
Why do you think he is blind?
It can be hard to tell, since dogs have such excellent hearing and sense of smell, they can seem to be looking at something when they are actually hearing or smelling it. Same thing with cats.
I must agree with a trip to the vet, I'm sure he's due for his last round of puppy shots by now? It won't be a big deal, just mention to your vet that you think the pup can't see, and the vet will look in his eyes and test his reflexes.
If he is blind, don't stress too much. Especially if he was born blind, he won't have any problem getting around. You will just have to guide him in unfamiliar areas, but his hearing and scent will take over and he should do just fine.
Good luck!

One safe test you can do is sit behind your dog on the floor and gently toss a cotton ball out in front of your pup (not too far) and a bit to one side. If your pup turns it's head to watch the cotton ball, it can see (no way to tell how much it can see, but it can obviously follow motion). Repeat on the other side to attempt to determine if it has vision in both eyes. It is important to use a cotton ball since it doesn't make any noise, and don't throw so close to the head that the pup may feel the cotton ball or a breeze from it.

If you think it can see, but just not well, talk to your vet about a referral to a veterinary ophthalmologist (eye specialist) to determine the extent of your puppies vision or deficits. Puppies can get cataracts at a young age, so you are correct to be concerned.

You can either have him checked out by a vet, or, as a previous poster said, re-arrange your house, and see if he runs into anything.

have you taken him to the vet since you have had him? And usually you can look into their eyes and tell if something is wrong or not.
But you need to take it to the vet, and get it's check up and everything done. they'll let you know if he's blind.
And please be a responsible pet owner! Thanks!

put him at one end of the room, go stand at the other, and call him and see if he comes to you with no problems.

put some food in your hand and see if your dog follows the food with his eyes.
