I am 115 pounds but I have a belly that I want to get rid of but I dont know how to do it w/o losing any weight. Any suggestions???

you really need to give more information than just your weight. if you're 5'3 or more, you've met your ideal body weight. next you'll need to look at your build. some frames simply won't fit the standard height/weight model. if you've had a baby or a c-section, your abdomen will change.
but to give you a simple answer on working your abs-- the best thing is simply to keep moving. a full body, aerobic workout is the safest approach because it includes crunches, kicks and deep breathing. talk to an exercise coach and dietitian. and keep moving.

Depending on what your fitness level is will effect this. First of all you need to look at you're diet. If you eat high fat foods, and depending on how your body stores fat that could be a big part of it. If you are fit, some toning workouts might work well. However, if you are not....You can't just loose fat in one spot, it doesnt work like that, or we would all have flat abs and big butts :) so get a total body work out..

just work out like on the tredmil andyoull still have belly fat but youll be skinnyer!!???

sit ups and crunches,and leg lifts are the best exercise for the tummy
